バイク専門誌「WITH HARLEY Vol.27」にて、TENWINJAPANによるマフラー製作の様子が掲載されました。（P80）
今回の製作では、レース専用仕様として純正マフラー内部の触媒を取り除く加工を実施。
単なる加工ではなく、性能と構造のバランスを追求したアプローチを行っています。
The motorcycle magazine “WITH HARLEY Vol. 27” featured an article about the exhaust system manufacturing process by TENWIN JAPAN. (P80)
For this project, the catalytic converter inside the stock exhaust system was removed for race-specific use.
This wasn’t just a simple modification; it was an approach that pursued a balance between performance and structure.
■ 3Dスキャンによる精密解析■ Precise analysis using 3D scanning
本製作では、3Dスキャナを用いて純正マフラーの内部構造をデータ化。
目視や経験だけに頼らず、デジタルデータとして正確に把握することで、最適な加工プランを構築しました。
内部構造の把握 → 加工設計 → 実加工
この一連の流れを高精度で行うことにより、無駄のない処理とクオリティの安定化を実現しています。
In this project, we used a 3D scanner to digitize the internal structure of the original muffler.
By accurately understanding the structure as digital data, rather than relying solely on visual inspection or experience, we were able to develop the optimal processing plan.
Internal structure understanding → Processing design → Actual processing
By performing this entire process with high precision, we achieved efficient processing and consistent quality.

触媒を取り除くことで排気効率の向上を狙いつつ、
単純な抜き加工ではなく、排気の流れを意識した内部構造の最適化を行っています。
“ただ抜く”のではなく、“どう流すか”
この視点が、TENWINJAPANの加工の特徴です。
By removing the catalytic converter, we aim to improve exhaust efficiency, and instead of simply removing material, we optimize the internal structure with the exhaust flow in mind.
“Not just removing material,” but “how to make it flow”—this perspective is a characteristic of TENWINJAPAN’s processing.

実際の変化は外観からは分かりにくい部分もありますが、内部構造は大きく変化しており、機能面に直結する重要なポイントとなっています。
While some of the changes may not be immediately apparent from the outside, the internal structure has undergone significant alterations, which are crucial points directly impacting functionality.
