第四弾では、センターパイプのまで製作工程をご紹介します。
ショートメガホンがご希望でしたので、まずはテーパーサイレンサーの加工です。
In this fourth installment, we will introduce the production process up to the center pipe.
The customer had requested a short megaphone, so we started by processing the tapered silencer.

パンチングにステンワイヤを巻き…
Stainless steel wire is wrapped around the punched parts.
グラスウールは一本の断続繊維を使用します。触れた感じは非常になめらかで、不安になりますが、今のところ品質、耐久性など一般市場の中でも高級品だそうです。
Glass wool uses a single discontinuous fiber. It feels very smooth to the touch, which can be unsettling, but it is currently considered a high-end product in terms of quality and durability on the general market.

↑切断途中の失敗
外径が大きく、輪切りが細い場合、なかなかうまく切断できません。
↑Failure during cutting
When the outer diameter is large and the slices are thin, it is difficult to cut them properly.
失敗の繰り返しがありながらもサイレンサーが完成しました。
Despite repeated failures, the silencer was finally completed.
次回はマフラーステー製作と、マフラー完成です。
Next time we will make the muffler bracket and complete the muffler.
